Create a directory

1. Create a searchable directory of the members that allows members to search:

• By Name
• By Location
• By Profession
• By Area of Expertise
• By Cohort (if applicable)

Allow members update their profile pages and to display their social profiles if they want to.

2. Have a double opt-in introduction system - where members can request a connect and if accepted by the concerned member, a email is sent connecting the two members.
