Set a strong foundation

Identifying and onboarding your earliest adopters who align with what the community values is key to ensuring that you build a strong foundation for your community.

  • Create your early member wish-list and reach out to them - seek the ones who are most passionate about your cause.

  • For inbound interest, have an onboarding form and ask the right questions to help you onboard the most relevant members and exclude those who's aspirations are not aligned with the intent of the community.

  • Don't focus on the increasing the number of members in the community, instead screen them for ensuring you are onboarding the right set of users.
