Be authentic. Ask yourself that if you were a part of a community, what would you seek? Staying true to yourself is the only way to connect and attract people who have the same interests as you. Connect with people who have the same niche as yours and if they like what they see, you’ll end up with a community that’s unique to you.
In 2018, I took a Udacity course in front-end web development and found the community managers to be stellar advocates who were really motivating. I was looking to break into tech, and got inspired and started applying for community-type jobs as a result.
