Key metrics to track for daily performance

On a daily basis, keep tab of key community metrics that matter the most, to help you understand how the community performed the previous day. This will help you plan and take quicker actions if something breaks.

Here's how you can use this template:

1) Click on the 'Framework Template'. It will take you to the Notion doc.
2) Duplicate it to your workspace by clicking on the 'Duplicate' button on the top right corner (you'll need to create an account on Notion if you don't have one - the free one should do).
3) Make the doc your workbook to get this task done!
