The free trial gives you access to Threado’s Pro plan some of the highlights of which are - up to 5 automation workflows, up to 3 communities, 5K members engaged per month, and premium support. You can choose to stay on the paid Pro plan, downgrade to the Base plan, or upgrade to the Max plan before your free trial ends. After your free trial ends (after 21 days), you will automatically be moved to the Free Plan where you will still have read-only access to the dashboard.
Threado’s pricing plans take into account multiple factors like community goals, size, stage, etc. if you’re just starting out or are in the early stages, the Base plan should be enough. If your goal is to focus on engagement, go for the Pro Plan. If you’re scaling your community or managing multiple communities, the Max Plan is perfect for you. If you are a larger enterprise, you can speak to us for a custom pricing plan.
Cancelling a subscription is just as easy as starting one. After you’ve canceled your subscription, whichever Threado plan you were using will be valid till the date it was paid for. Following that, you will automatically be moved to the Free Plan but can upgrade to one of the Paid plans anytime.
Members engaged implies new or unique members in your community who are engaged from Threado’s dashboard i.e. receive messages from you in that month. You can engage up to 1000 unique members with the Base Plan, 5000 with Pro Plan, 10,000 with the Max plan, and unlimited with the Enterprise plan.
The number of automation workflows defined for the paid plans is the number of active workflows in any given month. This means that even if you have created multiple workflows on the dashboard you will only be able to activate the defined number of workflows depending on the Plan you’ve chosen. For example - if you’re on the Max plan, you can create as many workflows as you’d like but can only activate 10 of them.
You can always upgrade or change plans whenever you need to but it’s important to know that the upgrade will take effect after the current plan ends. If none of these plans meet your requirements, it is advisable to speak to us for a custom plan. For the Enterprise plan, we will assign an account manager that will serve as your point of contact for any queries, questions, or doubts that you might have.
The HubSpot integration lets you sync data between your HubSpot account and Threado’s workspace. This allows community teams as well as sales or marketing teams to identify leads in the community and measure the impact of the community on business metrics. HubSpot integration is available from the Pro plan onwards.
Community implies the number of different communities that can be created under the same workspace. This is a helpful use case if you have multiple communities on the same platform i.e. if you have multiple Slack, Discord, Discourse, Twitter, or Github communities. You get 1 community on the Base plan, 3 communities in the Pro plan, 8 communities in the Max plan, and unlimited in the Enterprise plan.
