Frequently Asked Questions

What features will I be able to use in Threado's free trial?
The free trial gives you access to Threado’s Pro Plan some of the highlights of which are - up to 10 automation workflows, unlimited member cohort views, unlimited integrations, and premium support. After your free trial ends (after 30 days), you will automatically be moved to the Basic Plan where key features like automations and personalized targeting will no longer be available.
How do I know which pricing plan is perfect for me?
Threado’s pricing plans take into account multiple factors like community goals, size, stage, etc. if you’re just starting out, the Basic or Free plan should be enough. If your goal is to focus on engagement, go for the Growth Plan. If you’re scaling your community, the Pro Plan is perfect. If you’re a larger enterprise with larger needs, you can speak to us for a custom pricing plan.
What if I want to cancel my subscription to Threado?
Cancelling a subscription is just as easy as starting one. After you’ve canceled your subscription, whichever Threado Plan you were using will be valid till the date it was paid for. Following that, you will automatically be moved to the Basic Plan but can upgrade to one of the Paid plans anytime.
What do you mean by ‘members engaged’ in the paid plans?
Members engaged implies new or unique members in your community who can be engaged from Threado’s dashboard i.e. receive communications from you in that month. You can engage up to 500 unique members with the Growth Plan, 5000 with Pro Plan, and unlimited with the Enterprise plan.
How do automation workflows work for the paid plans?
The number of automation workflows defined for the paid plans is the number of workflows that can be activated in that month. This also means that you have created multiple workflows on the dashboard but you will only be able to activate the defined number of workflows depending on the Plan you’ve chosen.
What if my needs change and I need to switch to a different plan?
You can always upgrade or change plans whenever you need to but it’s important to know that the upgrade will take effect after the current plan ends. For the Enterprise plan, we will assign an account manager that will serve as your point of contact for any queries, questions, or doubts that you might have.
What are member custom views that I get with the paid plans?
Member custom views are the custom cohorts of members that you can view by applying filters on the members dashboard. You will get 3 member custom views for the Growth Plan and unlimited for both Pro Plan and Enterprise Plan.
What do community and integrations imply for the paid plans?
Integrations refer to the number of community platforms that can be integrated with Threado. And community implies the number of different communities that can be integrated irrespective of platform. You get 1 community and 3 integrations on the Growth Plan and 5 communities and unlimited integrations for the Pro Plan.
