Dashboard overview and understanding member engagement

Members CRM is dedicated entirely to member management. On a single dashboard, you can view all the members and their activity across all integrated community platforms.

A scroll across gives you all the details of each member in your community  -

What does each parameter mean?

  • Name - Displays the name of the member. Make a note that mail ids are not visible for Discord and Twitter members. Discord member mail ids can be viewed only if the emails have been verified by the member themselves.
  • Profile - Shows which of your integrated communities is the respective user also a member of.
  • Level - Shows their level of engagement in the community.
  • Total Score - Shows all the tokens that a user has accumulated through various activities in the community.
  • Help Score - Shows a user’s accumulated tokens that are calculated based on their replies to messages in the community.
  • Engage Score - Shows a user’s accumulated tokens that are calculated based on every new message that they post in the community.
  • Encourage Score - Shows a user’s accumulated tokens that are calculated based on their reactions to messages in the community.
  • Actions - You can perform basic actions like sending DMs or Tokens to members. Click on the Send Message button, select how would you like the message to be sent i.e. on which platform, type in your message, and send it. The other two options are Send Tokens and Delete Member. Use the first if you want to personally give tokens to a member, and choose the latter if you want to remove that member from the community.
  • Tags - Displays the tags that have been assigned to those members. Scroll down to see more about how you can create and assign tags.

⚠️ Important: Check Configure Levels to see how you can work with and define custom levels for your community members. Both Levels and Scores are calculated using a token system, however, this understanding of the token system requires a little more insight. We created a doc dedicated entirely to seeing how Threado’s token system works. Read it here.

📌 Note: You can use this data to understand how various members of your community are engaging in it. Sort these members using all these categories to further keep note of the people who are engaging more in what way. For instance - To see how which members have been most helpful in the community, sort the member list by Help Score which can help you see members who’ve been the most helpful to others in the community.
