From expecting them to be available all the time to ask them what their job actually is - they have heard it all. Do you have any such anecdotes to share? 🎯 How Segment Aced Community Engagement by Opening Up Multiple Channels

This is the story of a bunch of students at MIT. Peter Reinhardt, Calvin French-Owen and Ilya Volodarsky took “The Founder’s Journey” - a class at MIT where they invited successful startup founders to interact with the students and talk about the learnings from their journey.

But it didn't start quite this way. A successful Y-Combinator application followed by failures and multiple pivots led Segment to finally find its product-market fit. Segment is now acquired by Twilio in a whopping $3.2B deal! Today 20K+ businesses use Segment's software and APIs to collect, clean, and activate their customer data.
