Hey everyone! 👋

Let's talk about feedback today.

Do you feel the same?

Perspective is especially important when it comes to communities. Taking feedback is essential for nurturing a community where people’s opinions make a difference. In a way, you’re not only giving control to the people which can also be the glue that holds them in.

So how do you take and implement effective feedback? Here are 5 quick actionable tips:

  • Use polls for surveys and for gathering feedback on a recurring basis
  • Have 1:1 conversations to gather fresh insights on what can you do to add more value in the community
  • Gather feedback post every event or experience members go through
  • Share initiatives with your community and gather their inputs
  • Crowdsource ideas from active members on how to shape the community

Or you can use this framework to implements these steps.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
