Don’t lose yourself in the process of building a community - authenticity is attractive. Building community is a one-way street; you have to give, give, give without expecting anything in return. Don’t weigh yourself down with expectations. Cultivate a culture with values, these factors are what differentiate your community from the rest of the world.
